"This was a great place! Brand new and sparkling clean. It was a little bit further from where everything is, so there was a lot of walking involved - which we truly did not mind. Staff was very helpful and nice with suggestions and such. There is a washer in the apartment, which was convenient. They also have an electric drying rack. "Great place to stay on Venice with water shuttle operating every 20 minutes to San Marco square except from 1-2 pm. I would recommend that the hotel staff shuttle so there is no midday break. They also need to increase staff at front desk during heavy check in hours. Please note you need reservations to use the pool and use limited to 2 hours and hotel charges 40 euros to use the jacuzzi/whirlpool in the spa and reservations also required with time limit"
