"Nice place but food is a bit hard to get at times. Breakfast is very local flavor, overpriced and seating was an issue on weekends. During the day there is no menu or room service ever. The evening menu is ok and the food was good. Pool was nice and big but need a clean for sure. Was over due by about a week or two."

"We had booked 2 rooms for our family of 6. Amir at the front desk was amazing in keeping up with our request as we had requested for the rooms to be next door to eachother or connecting rooms. He was very polite and helpful. Mizan also the manager at the front desk was also very polite and helpful, if we had and questions or requests they were met very promptly, always greeeted us with a smile and politeness. "Wonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre.
Lovely rooms and decor throughout and the pool was superb.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. "
