Good location with delicious food around

Location is very good, near to komtar. The new lane food street is jusr a street away with lots of famous street foods. Many food courts along the main streers too. Only that the towels used in the hotel is not absorbent. No toothbrush is supplied.

Si me preguntaran si volvería a quedarme la respuesta sería no, al hotel le hace falta mucha limpieza así como dar mantenimiento a regaderas aires acondicionado etc, las toallas está súper viejas, creo que puedes encontrar algo mejor por el mismo costo !!!

hotel it's ok for sleep room quiet small but bed still comfortable . aircon was cool you don't need to worry (sometimes it's too cool i think lol) this is not first time for me here . wifi was changed last time too slow now wifi is faster than before . around hotel got a lot thing for you to eat .

Good reception staff, close to Georgetown sites by walking and close to transit hub. However, no cable tv, no face towels, or face soap; room cleaned only if card placed on door handle to request it. Small room, size of a cruise ship cabin. It was annoying that staff would knock on door in the mid afternoon to ask if there is any garbage needing to be disposed.

Excellent value hotel in good location

The hotel is great value. Room was well equipped, clean and in good condition. We booked a room with a window which was worth the extra money. Hotel location is fairly good, a bit of a walk to the historic centre of town, but there is a good bus service and malls / restaurants nearby.

Central but amenities lacking.

A reasonably new hotel. Room is compact but fine. It's clean. Bed is firm. Location near to food and shops and within walking distance to a number of tourist destinations. I booked the room for 2 persons but only one toothbrush given. I asked Housekeeping and they say only one is given and if needed extra to request from Reception. Also noted no soap provided. Again asked Housekeeping they do not seem to know what I am talking about. Asked reception, they confirmed no soap provided so you need to bring your own soap or wash with either shampoo or body wash.

太多螞蟻。電視雜訊太花。馬桶廁紙掛器都沒有，祇放在台上。 住到一半空調壞了都沒通知一聲，要致電前台才告知，感覺捱得就過關，不捱得就投訴跟你換房。服務太差了。 接近尾的幾天有些補充品都沒有補給。
