"The hotel has a great environment and all the essentials BESIDES good internet. They run a public wifi system across the whole hotel, and it was horrendously slow unfortuntely. I tried everything trust me. The public wifi on the shinkansens are better lol."

Having a washer and microwave in the room was a huge plus, especially for a longer stay. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they were always happy to provide information and recommendations whenever I asked. I would definitely stay at Tokyu Stay again when traveling in Japan. It’s a great hotel chain with locations in many cities, which makes it a convenient and reliable choice for future trips."

"It was honestly one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in. The bunk was basically a small room, the showers and bathrooms were very clean, there were towels and soaps and other toiletries available. The community lounge area has a water dispenser, a vending machine, a washer and dryer, and a TV that anyone could use. I would definitely stay again."
