"Everything is absolutely perfect. Staff is very good, well trained with an excellent service mind. Hotel is super nice with many activities for guest. Food is delicious, just like Michelin Star. Love it!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The man running the place was helpful, and kind. He got up at 3am to help the people leaving for a mountain journey, everyday that I was there. He also did some praying around 5:30am, so if you're not ready for that it can be a bit surprising to wake up to lol. But overall it was lovely, and I will think of this place the next time I'm in Azumino. It is far out of town tho, so keep that in mind!"
