"We have stayed in many hotels in Negril since 2015 and this is our favorite. It’s so nice. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly helpful, courteous and offer exceptional service. Our meals (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and plentiful. Big ups to the staff , the wonderful chefs and especially Parchie for his outstanding bar and restaurant service, music choices and great company. "The scenery and ocean was amazing. The upkeep of the grass, flowers and trees were beautiful to gaze upon. Very lowkey and had the pool all to myself. Friendly hotel staff, felt very safe great security men. "

"Fantastic property and rooms. Very friendly staff, good parking situation. A little further away from central Negril, and no beach access, but Seven Mile is reachable by car. Must be top notch and packed in the busy season. Would stay again."

"This is a property that boasts some of the best views from the cliffs in Jamaica. Located on the Westend there are many amenities on property as well as surrounding it. Staying cliff side is the best with most rooms having air conditioning. Make sure to stop by the bar for one of their famous drinks and enjoy some of the best food. "

"Travelling solo it was a great place to relax and unwind in September, the pool and beach were beautiful. Room was clean and the fridge was an added bonus. The grounds reminded me of a rain forest especially when it was raining I was still able to sit on my patio and enjoy it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again. "

The grounds and well maintained, rooms are spacious and clean, staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend and look forward to staying there again!"
