"Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible. We literally had to get up to get a menu, to order and to let them know we were finished. I booked transportation to the airport with the hotel and they told me...

"The Riad itself is delightful and conveniently situated, but the front desk staff came across as quite unwelcoming. My check-out experience felt detached and impersonal, with no one even asking about my stay. My spa appointment was canceled without any prior notice. I only discovered this upon arriving at the spa. Although they attempted to arrange an alternative, the walk there was unbearable in the heat."

"The area is a bit touch and go, once you enter the Riad it’s a touch of class & history, wonderful property. Helpful staff! Awesome breakfast & dinner. Just no alcohol sold at the property. Plenty of mint tea and fresh juice 😆"
