"One of tbe worst experience i have been through, arrived late at night at 1:15am , there were no one at the reception, kept waiting for like 10 min and no one showed up , went to the bell boy to ask him where is the receptionist , he replied he would look for him and revert back , 10 min after he came and told me he couldn t reach him and he s still trying to reach out for him !! I m became.irritated as this is irrelevant and i had long flights , supposed to sleep 5 hrs only because i had a scheduled meeting at 7am ! When the bell boy realized i m irritated he told me ( Monsieur j'essaye de vous aider mais il n'ya pas quelque chose que je peux faire ) with a bit of a tone and angry face. At this point i told him this is not acceptable to let clients keep waiting more than 20 min with no one at the desk ! I need a manager to talk to. His tone changed , became very rude and told me o apologized earlier , if you don t want to understand and accept it then its up to you !!! And things escalated between me and him. 5 min after tbe receptionist showed up with red eyes . Apparently he was napping somewhere, apologizing but had a drowsy unstable appearance maybe because he woke up in a hurry and in distress so he was panicking and didn t know how to scan my passport which made me.stand on the counter for 5 more minutes !! I was boiling, i m a surgeon , have to meet with a patient regarding a surgical.procedure , came a long way , very drained and have only 5 hrs that are being eroded"
