"We were very happy with our stay at Maison Ziri. The hotel is very new, modern, and everything was exceptionally clean.
What stood out the most was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always welcoming and smiling. A special thank you to Hamid and Zakaria, who were incredibly supportive with recommendations, city tips, and activities throughout our stay. They were always friendly, attentive, and truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
We would definitely come back and highly recommend...

"Notre trop court séjour à l'hôtel boutique RAM a été des plus agréables. Nous avons été accueillis avec sollicitude. L'endroit était magnifique, tout comme notre chambre et les autres pièces de la maison/hôtel. La nuit passée à l'hôtel nous a permis de nous reposer dans le calme après plusieurs jours à bourlinguer dans différentes villes au Maroc. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner nous a été servi avec courtoisie, et il était délicieux.

"Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible. We literally had to get up to get a menu, to order and to let them know we were finished. I booked transportation to the airport with the hotel and they told me...

"The area is a bit touch and go, once you enter the Riad it’s a touch of class & history, wonderful property. Helpful staff! Awesome breakfast & dinner. Just no alcohol sold at the property. Plenty of mint tea and fresh juice 😆"

"I enjoyed my stay at Riad Lai Ou Lik very much. The owner and the staff made my stay extra special. Marrakech is a busy city so it’s nice to settle in to a clean, quiet, and comfortable room after a day full of activities. The pool was a perfect place to soak after hiking and long walks. The breakfast is the best I had in Morocco. I highly recommend staying at this special Riad. "
