The Sheraton Laval makes a great first impression from the outside and in the lobby, but the rooms tell a different story. The wallpaper in my room was peeling, the overall humidity made the space uncomfortable, and the in-room fridge was so weak it couldn’t keep bottled water cold. For the price charged, the experience simply does not meet expectations. Unfortunately, it feels closer to a 2-star stay than the quality one would expect from a Sheraton.

Nice place(pool,spa) and staff.We didnt reserve for the restaurant saturday evening and we ddidnt got a place(large group). Better plan in advance. Also, the room rug can be refreshed. Shopping is near at walk.
