"En arrivant, hotel fermé, il faut aller chercher sa clef a 1 km. Sur place, la gérante ne trouve pas trace de notre réservation, et pour cause, elle ne l'a pas enregistrée, nius attibut une chambre par defaut, nous affirmant que toutes ses chambres sont identiques, découvrons sur place une petite chambre d une 12 m2 environs ??? Alors que nous avions réservé une chambre familiale beaucoup plus grande ... qui existe bien sur les plans dr l hotel et sur l annonce en ligne. Je ne qualilifierai...

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"

"Check in was a nightmare. The instructions I received to collect the keys sent me to the wrong place. Luckily the lady there was so helpful and she told me where to go. Once checked in I couldn’t find the entrance to the property or the garage. I had to ask a shop keeper to tell me where the garage was. The apartment was very good and had just been renovated. The kitchen area was well equipped, the bathroom was spacious and the bedroom was comfortable. The heating worked well and the apartment was warm. The only downside was the muffled traffic noise but it was on the main road through the resort. It’s not too far from the ski lifts, probably a 5 minute walk. Not much in the way of apres ski or restaurants but overall a good place. "
