Lots of options for breakfast. The view from breakfast room was a lovely way to start the day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for exploring the area. Our room was spacious and well-equipped.

Very clean and comfortable room but we would have liked to have a window we could look out of. The shutters were permanently down with the cafe just outside. Very pretty location and friendly staff.

The hotel is located on the main street through the town. The room was modern and comfortable and located in b beautiful spot next to the Ariege river. Breakfast was a bit limited by a broken automatic coffee machine (the waitress brought us our coffee from another part of the restaurant) and a shortage of croissants, but this was far from serioius. Dinner in the Bellevue, below the hotel was passable, especially with a cheese plate and a glass of the local wine. What really bothered us was the noise from the motorcycles blasting through the center of the town, gunning their engines as they rounded the curve next to the hotel until well past evening -- a shame, as otherwise the hotel rated 5 stars.

Étant en voyage vers l’Espagne , nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 adultes. Nous avons eu droit à une très grande chambre, très confortable, sans chichis. Nous avons dîné dans un restaurant ( qui dépend de l’hôtel) à proximité sous les platanes au bord de l’Ariege et nous avons pris un petit déjeuner très copieux… le tout pour un prix très correct . Je vous recommande cet établissement.

Un hotel excelente para descubrir L'Ariege

Hemos venido a descubrir L'Ariege y hemos escogido este hotel por su situación con estación de tren para olvidarse del coche. Con mucho parking cerca del hotel. En el centro de una bonita población con excursiones y actividades..Nos hemos encontrado con un servicio excelente, agradable y una habitación amplia, luminosa y muy confortable. Lo único que hemos encontrado a faltar es un ascensor. Por lo restante, un 10 para este fantástico hotel con restauración muy correcta y desayuno completo. Lo recomendaremos y guardaremos un buen recuerdo de nuestro paso por aquí. Gracias por todo.

Chambre pas propre, non nettoyée. C'est désagréable lorsqu'on est en mission et on attend juste de se détendre dans sa chambre d'hôtel. Réclamation faite aupres de l'accueil. J'ai laisse ma chambre le temps de dîner pour renettoyer la chambre. On me certifie que cest fait, il est 22h de retour je retrouve la chambre pas propre. Je demande à être relogé dans une autre chambre on m'indique que l'hôtel est complet. La responsable s'excuse et me demande de patienter pour à nouveau nettoyer la chambre. Je dois donc revenir au bar, il est 22h30, je regagne ma chambre, nettoyée mais malheureusement je constate que le dessous de lit est poussièreux, des tâches sur les draps et une vmc chargé de salissures , photos en preuve. Malgré les bons avis sur le site, il y a eu un loupé sur ce logement. Quel déception, etant donné que cette situation m'a gâché une soirée.

Le meilleur hôtel de la région !

Le rapport prix/prestations est tout simplement imbattable, et c'est quelqu'un qui visite, en moyenne, une cinquantaine d'hôtels par an dans toute l'Europe qui vous le dit. Personnel professionnel et très souriant. Toujours prêt à arranger sa clientèle. Le restaurant est à conseiller, pour la qualité de sa cuisine comme pour sa vue sur la rivière.
