"My family of 4 absolutely loved this resort. Stunningly beautiful views of Pienza and the Tuscan hill country. Quiet. Relaxed. Luxurious Italian farmland. Loved it and want to return. Was the only place in Italy my family was very sad to leave. The restaurant was great. Breakfast included was very good. Room was beautiful- we were in a 2 bedroom apartment."

I confirmed my check in, no room number nor code was sent back & instructions. No receptionist. Everything is online w/ very bad webpage. "Es ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das einzigste was etwas negativ rüber kam, war das man die Klimaanlage nur 5 Stunden pro Tag gratis nutzen durfte. Jede weitere Stunde musste bezahlt werden. Bei den jetzigen Temperaturen, deutlich über 30 Grad ist es schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zumal der Preis für die Übernachtung das eigentlich hergeben sollte. Vielleicht sollte man es geschickter mit einkalkulieren. Ansonsten können wir diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall...
