"Good communication with management through WhatsApp. The taxi dropped us off one minute from the property. Very cozy top floor with only a few steps. The 2 bedroom unit is very comfortable, the kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft. Air conditioning worked very well. We had everything we needed, the location is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. "My family of 4 absolutely loved this resort. Stunningly beautiful views of Pienza and the Tuscan hill country. Quiet. Relaxed. Luxurious Italian farmland. Loved it and want to return. Was the only place in Italy my family was very sad to leave. The restaurant was great. Breakfast included was very good. Room was beautiful- we were in a 2 bedroom apartment."
