"The resort was beautiful a few problems that I had personally number one the fourth floor of building 9 between 3rd and 4th floor was darker than dark so for a women and children and and seniors that would have been terrifying because they don't know if anybody linking around what have you and then the fact that the checkout and check-in took a whole century because they're they're on back they're doing backlogs on paper instead of instead of digital and then and the most respectful way not one person on the property that I can remember spoke any English so it was a language barrier barely so those are my things right there that had issues with."

"I enjoyed my stay at Breathless! The staff was very warm and kind. Maria near the lobby bar was especially friendly to me and I appreciate it since I was there solo. The lobby bartenders made the best drinks so I was there every night. Silk City Teppanyaki experience was great. The strip grill was hit or miss. My order came out wrong or missing something. And on my second night choosing there the waiter walked away while I was still talking. The Host was helpful though. Overall, I will be back."

"The entire resort was wonderful. The staff were attentive and they upgraded our stay due to it being our 30th wedding anniversary. We also were there for my husbands birthday and they left a cake in the room for him. Would definitely recommend it and plan on going back. I do not have a negative thing to say about the resort or exceptional staff! Rocio was our waitress at the pool and went above and beyond to keep our cups full. She remembered our names and our drinks which we switched up often."

"Mi esposo y yo tuvimos una buena experiencia en general. Nuestra habitación romántica estaba muy bien ubicada, cerca del lobby y de los restaurantes, y estaba limpia, aunque al llegar tenía algo de olor a humedad. Quiero destacar especialmente a Victor Rosario, quien fue muy amable y nos ayudó mucho con la organización de nuestras reservas en los restaurantes. El brunch de desayuno y almuerzo fue buena opción. Para la cena recomedaría tener reserva en algún restaurante. El restaurante japonés estuvo delicioso y el italiano estuvo bueno aunque las porciones son pequeñas. Sí nos hubiera encantado probar el brasileño, Como aspectos a mejorar, notamos olor a humedad en algunas áreas, y en el buffet entraban moscas que en ocasiones se posaban sobre el counter. Entiendo que las puertas están constantemente abriéndose y cerrándose, pero considero que deberían prestar más atención a este detalle. La discoteca estaba cerrada durante nuestra estadía, pero hacen diferentes actividades para nosotros lo mejor fue un grupo que tocó música en vivo. En cuanto a la playa, había sargazo, pero quiero destacar que tenían personal y máquinas trabajando para retirarlo. En general, disfrutamos nuestra estadía."
