"The room and the property was clean. Even though I didn’t use the room service I did like that the option was there 24/7. The staff were friendly. My favorite part was my spa experience. I feel like the nightly entertainment could have been better. They were short and not too exciting."

"Nuestra estadía en Zemi Miches Punta Cana fue excelente. El hotel es precioso, con una vista impresionante, una piscina espectacular y una playa bellísima que realmente hacen del lugar un paraíso. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Carlos y Luis, bartenders del bar cerca de la piscina, siempre atentos, amables y con excelente servicio. También a Juan, de la barra principal en el lobby, por su profesionalismo y por hacernos sentir siempre bienvenidos. Una mención muy especial para Elizabeth, por todas sus atenciones, su amabilidad y por estar siempre pendiente de nosotros. También queremos agradecer al chef que nos preparó un chivo dominicano espectacular, uno de los mejores platos que disfrutamos durante nuestra estadía. Igualmente, muchas gracias a los valets de la entrada, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. En general, gracias a todo el equipo de Zemi Miches por hacernos pasar unas vacaciones tan especiales. La vista, la piscina y la playa son increíbles, pero la calidad humana de su personal es lo que realmente marca la diferencia. Sin duda lo recomendamos y esperamos regresar muy pronto."

"The staff at Zoetry Aqua was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From our concierge Luis to all the staff. In particular the staff at Piragua. Johanna and Natalie were amazing. The chef in piragua even made us a delicious sancocho with a day notice. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The spa service was also amazing. The only recommendation I would give other travelers is to book this hotel out of the Sargassum season to enjoy the ocean water. But the property pools were prestige and refreshing."

"We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made beautiful core memories here that we will never forget!!! We will make a further detailed review with pictures included listing all the great things this place offered because there were so many! Go see this place if you get a chance! Beautiful, clean, quiet ocean-front cabins and ecolodges with most importantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! "
