"They use to have the most comfortable beds and pillows ive ever slept it. Been there 4 previous times. This time the bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable ive ever slept in. Not sure if whole resort is like this, or just some rooms are getting cheap mattresses when old ones are tossed"
