"Beautiful beach, nice and comfortable rooms. The guestroom buildings are close to the beach and pool so you dont have to walk far no matter which room you are in. The food was great, especially Portofino restaurant with Marializ. All in all, a great stay for couples or families."

"Food was okay, maybe 4/10 overall. Property was lovely and the staff were very nice. Some of the male staff (bartenders) can be a bit rude but the restaurant staff were amazing. More of an older crowd vibe. Excellence lounge hours weren’t ideal since it’s the only premium liquor bar, I felt they could have at least another premium bar open before 3pm. The outside restaurants were being renovated so we did not get to experience that and I wish we had known that."

"The hotel was absolutely amazing, food was above average, but the service and hospitality was phenomenal. Rooms were cleaned and restored with towels multiple times throughout the day. The room service and personal butler did an amazing job fulfilling request. 8.5/10 experience and would absolutely recommend to others! P.S. I would say the sports bar had the strongest drinks if you’re looking for that vibe, the hut building (forgot what it’s called) behind the swim up bar/main pool probably had the best tasting drinks but not as strong. (It’s the building literally on the beach.) Anywho, we had a wonderful time!"

"The staff at Zoetry Aqua was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From our concierge Luis to all the staff. In particular the staff at Piragua. Johanna and Natalie were amazing. The chef in piragua even made us a delicious sancocho with a day notice. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The spa service was also amazing. The only recommendation I would give other travelers is to book this hotel out of the Sargassum season to enjoy the ocean water. But the property pools were prestige and refreshing."
