"The resort is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming. We did have an issue with our AC not working in our room, but they gave us an upgraded room and a couples massage as a payback for our troubles. That was the only problem we had. The food was good and the selection for me, as a vegetarian, was great. The spa was amazing. They have a really nice gym as well. Our only complaint would be with the Excellence club pools. There is no music, no waitstaff, just very quiet and boring. We spent our time at the regular pool because of that. We had a great trip, and would stay here again."

"Modern clean room and pool options. They have four quiet pools situated away from main pool. This was excellent to get away from crowds. Many activities and an attentive staff make this resort top notch."

"The staff at Zoetry Aqua was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From our concierge Luis to all the staff. In particular the staff at Piragua. Johanna and Natalie were amazing. The chef in piragua even made us a delicious sancocho with a day notice. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The spa service was also amazing. The only recommendation I would give other travelers is to book this hotel out of the Sargassum season to enjoy the ocean water. But the property pools were prestige and refreshing."
