"Great family experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Nickelodeon Punta Cana for 4 nights and had a really good experience overall. I would definitely recommend it for families, especially with older kids. My kids are over 9, and I loved seeing how independent they became during the trip. They could order their own food and drinks and move around the resort on their own, which was great for them and for us as parents. A few things could be improved. There isn’t much organized recreation for kids in this age group. Also, some food and drink areas were quite far from the main pool and the larger water slides. Breakfast could get very crowded and noisy since there is only one main buffet. At dinner, there are several restaurant options, but not all of them are open every night. After 6 p.m., the wait could be around 1.5 hours, which was a little challenging with kids. That said, these were just small inconveniences compared to the overall experience. The resort is beautiful, there is plenty to do, and our family had a wonderful time. We would definitely consider coming back! 🌴☀️"

"We stayed at the Beso section which is the adult only area. The pools were clean and not too crowded. Enough people to socialize and participate in the events and games/activities the resort had programmed for the day. The pool bars were stocked with enough spirits to make you any cocktail you ask for. The bar tenders were very respectful and social. They were overwhelmed at times but our experience was good. Our room was serviced every day. The room was iooclean, open , comfortable,"

"The hotel was absolutely amazing, food was above average, but the service and hospitality was phenomenal. Rooms were cleaned and restored with towels multiple times throughout the day. The room service and personal butler did an amazing job fulfilling request. 8.5/10 experience and would absolutely recommend to others! P.S. I would say the sports bar had the strongest drinks if you’re looking for that vibe, the hut building (forgot what it’s called) behind the swim up bar/main pool probably had the best tasting drinks but not as strong. (It’s the building literally on the beach.) Anywho, we had a wonderful time!"

"The staff at Zoetry Aqua was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From our concierge Luis to all the staff. In particular the staff at Piragua. Johanna and Natalie were amazing. The chef in piragua even made us a delicious sancocho with a day notice. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The spa service was also amazing. The only recommendation I would give other travelers is to book this hotel out of the Sargassum season to enjoy the ocean water. But the property pools were prestige and refreshing."
