"The place is on Elephantine island, you can only get there by ferry. The cost is minimal around $ .70 for a one way. The island is way quieter than the mainland. Make sure you are expected upon arrival, signage is limited."

"Excellent staff, great location and clean."

"Good budget hotel. You can book a shared ride to Abu Simbel for 340 EGP per person (price for Feb 2020) through them."

"Beautiful location with easy access to the ferry terminal. We were met by Gamal and brought across to the island on his boat. "river view from room was nice. staff members were polite and helpful. you can even eat your breakfast on the rooftop. hotel is very close to railway station and the souq."

"This was the best experience on our trip throughout four cities in Egypt. It's a cultural experience, but it's very easy to sit back and relax. The food they offer for dinner is well worth the money and I would highly recommend going to this place!"

"Most staff are nice, but the boss was not as kind and humble, big contrast to others. "
