"The room was great as well as the view! Sunsets every night from my balcony.. the breakfast was very good with fresh to made omelets and crepes! The staff was always helpful and friendly. One of the best places I’ve stayed! Has a boat to the shore of the East Bank every few minutes. I enjoyed the dinner at the Egyptian restaurant and the view there was fantastic as well. I will be back when I’m in Aswan again!"
"Beatiful and aesthetic location. Great view of the river Nile and city of Aswan. The staff is super freiendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Great location to take instagrammable pictures and videos.
Only pain point - there was no WiFi, as their internet reception was being affected by wind. Need to invest in better infrastructure for connectivity services.
But everything else was wonderful."

Lo que no me gustó es que para llegar tienes que tomar un barco que el hotel te proporciona pero dependes de ellos para que llegue, no recomiendo su restaurante comida muy básica y no hay restaurantes ni nada cerca.
El hotel está totalmente alejado del resto.

La personne à l’accueil nous a demandé de payer alors que je lui ai montré un reçu d’ Hotels.com où il était indiqué que c’était réglé. Mais il ne voulait rien savoir, donc nous sommes partis et avons trouvé un logement décent.
J’ai essayé de joindre Hotel.Com par téléphone en vain pour annuler cette réservation d’hôtel.
