"The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean and the food we ordered was very good. The bonus of the stay is that they have lots of shops that you can buy souvenirs and snacks. I needed a small suitcase and went to one of the shops and yes they had what I need. I will definitely stay here again when in Aswan. I want to say thanks to all the team that made our stay great."

"The hotel is outside Aswan in New Aswan (about 20 minutes drive) so is very remote. It's a gorgeous location overlooking the Nile with the pools all facing that way. There are two gyms, one tiny one in the hotel itself and the other one where they need to drive you 10 minutes to the spa. We didn't realise that as it was a shame as the impression given was it was on site, but the drive meant it wasn't convenient and we couldn't use it based on the timings of our activities. "This is a one of a kind place in a very good location with 5 star accommodations and views. The rooftop restaurant where you have breakfast is amazing with spectacular views of the city. The staff were so kind and helpful, the food was delicious, and the location was both peaceful (it’s right on the river!), as well as interesting (it’s right beside a Nubian craft market). Our only challenge was that the AC had a hard time cooling our room, but it was also 117 degrees so I think any AC would have struggled :)"
