"Wow! What a property, packed with history and antiques to delight. Our suite was the Lola suite, aptly named as we have a dog called Lola. A large lounge, bedroom and bathroom to delight. It was a genuine home from home, the staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was something else... taken on a balcony overlooking the river with an amazing view. Check the photos for fine details of the interior with all its art and furniture. 100 percent will be our future go to...

Perfect with our three year old who called it our 'home-tel,' Our flights were delayed on the way out, I was able to call through to reception who provided us with access to the property after reception hours with really clear instructions. "We had an amazing room overlooking the square. It was very large, clean, with great amenities. The furnishings were well appointed and fun. They supplied coffee, snacks, laundry detergent, dish, soap, and toiletries. The location was perfectly located to restaurants. TASCA DOS SAPATEIROS was an amazing little restaurant on the block behind the hotel, and we would highly recommend it. The only issue we had was getting into the building with the keypad.
