"Wonderful location in the heart of Genoa. Susanna was a great host and very responsive and helpful during our stay there. Our Suite was spacious and comfortable. Not a problem for us, but there are stairs to contend with and the door to the shower is very tight to access."

"Loved this place but wish I had known it was 97 steps up a narrow staircase with no lift. Being on my own trying to get my suitcase up was a nightmare on an extremely hot day. Would be nice if someone actually greeted you to help at the property on arrival. Other than that I had the best time here. "

"The apartment was exactly as pictured. In a great location very close to the train station with many dining options only steps away. Very clean with comfortable beds. This spacious apartment is a gem, I would recommend staying here. "

"Great location, right in downtown of Genoa, close to everything. I did feel there were too many things to fill out at the beginning but it was worth it at the end. Clean and with well written instructions for everything. "

"The only positives about this property were the location and the ease of check-in. Beyond that, our stay was incredibly disappointing and even unsafe. One of the so-called “bedrooms” was essentially a large closet with no air conditioning and barely enough space to move. It was misleading and uncomfortable. Several of the chairs were broken, and unfortunately, one of our children fell and hit her head because of this — a serious safety issue that should never happen in a rental. The kitchen...

"Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. We reported it and hope they address the matter. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely rent the place again. The air conditioning was perfect!😊"
