The apartment was exactly as pictured. In a great location very close to the train station with many dining options only steps away. Very clean with comfortable beds. This spacious apartment is a gem, I would recommend staying here.

Good location. Complicated checkin, socket in the kitchen off the wall (dangerous), sofa damaged. Nice spacious living room. Bathroom functional.

Great family stay

Loved it! So close to everything and easy to tell the taxi driver we were staying close to the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. The beds were very comfortable and Raquel recommended an outstanding restaurant for Genoese cuisine called Antica Osteria di Vico Pallo that redefined pesto for me! We love Genoa!!

The bedrooms were very noisy at night because of the restaurant nearby. We couldn't sleep until 1:30 am, when the restaurant was closed. The people living next door made a lot of noise in the morning. We just fell asleep at 1:30 then were woken up next door in the early morning.

Très bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien placé, propre et bien décoré. A noter toutefois, que nous y étions le week-end et que nous entendions le bruit de la fiesta dans la rue jusqu'à 4h du matin.

Pro: Die Lage ist toll. Die Wohnung liegt in Fussnähe von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sie ist sehr gross, es gibt viel Platz. Contra: Kompliziertes Check-in. Das Sofa ist defekt. Steckdose in der Küche offenbar immer noch defekt und gefährlich, müsste dringend geflickt werden. Hatten keine Küchentücher. Viel Nachtlärm (nichts für Lärmempfindliche).

Apto no centro histórico

O apto é bem Localizado . Na região central da cidade. Apto bastante amplo com dois quartos e mais um sofá cama na sala que já precisa de reparos . Estava com os dois braços quebrados mas o colchão do sofá ainda estava confortável . Cozinha conjugada com a sala. As cadeiras da mesa da cozinha não eram confortáveis. O banheiro era comprido e estreito porém o banho era bem bom e com box no chuveiro . Quando chegamos a chaleira elétrica estava derretida embaixo e prontamente providenciaram uma nova. Tv grande na sala smart. Supermercado Carrefour próximo e padarias. Cafés , restaurantes , pontos turísticos muito próximos . Metrô que vai até a estação de trem a 5 min de caminhada . O prédio por fora está bastante Velho mas o apto está em bom estado tirando canos aparentes que foram pintados e o banheiro . Barulho na rua até por volta das 23h30 em função de restaurante e bar embaixo do prédio . Demorou para recebermos as instruções de check in pois haviam enviado as informações para um e-mail incorreto . Após corrigido isso a comunicação foi bem eficiente tanto por e-mail quanto por WhatsApp . Bom apartamento localizado no centro de Gênova .

Beautiful apartment, right downtown

Pros: The apartment itself is HUGE, and beautiful. Nice kitchen, well stocked. Directly in the historic downtown, very close to all the bars, restaurants and sights. The apartment also had toys for the kids, a very welcome and thoughtful addition. If you want a spacious apartment close to everything, this is for you! Cons: You can't park close, nor can you bring your car on the street. So prepare for quite a hike with all your luggage (or several hikes, depending om how you pack). It is right downtown, so bring earbuds if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night.

The property was accurately portrayed in the pictures. The beds had nice warm linen. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was in the best position for us, near the aquarium. The people running the property were extremely helpful and always available. Would stay again.

Un appartement hôtel idéal

L’appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre de Gênes. C’est un appartement de grand standing et très vaste qui convient à la fois pour un séjour en famille ou pour le travail. Le décor et l’ameublement modernes sont de très bon goût. L’acceuil et le suivi avant, pendant et après étaient parfaits. On ne peut que recommander cet établissement.
