"Very attentive staff fluent in English, which was very helpful for me. My room was great. Had a little porch attached to it. The rooftop was fantastic a magnificent view of the city. Again, compliments to the staff, especially at the front desk the doorman the person who help with my luggage. Everyone was great.

"Me quedé hace poco por primera vez en este hotel en Madrid y de verdad que no tengo ninguna queja. He estado en otros del mismo nivel por la zona, pero este destaca muchísimo. Desde que llegamos, todo el personal fue súper amable. La ubicación es perfecta y las vistas increíbles.
El buffet de desayuno es de los mejores que he probado, todo muy rico y variado. Las habitaciones no son enormes, pero tienen mucha luz, buenas vistas, son cómodas y muy limpias. La ducha me encantó.
