This was our second time staying with this accommodation brand, having previously stayed at different locations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. In this occasion we stayed at the Woohoo Rooms Boutique Luna. The property is in a perfect location, close to everything. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly, courteous, and attentive. Throughout our stay, they remained in contact with us via WhatsApp, even though they are not physically present at the property 24/7. Communication actually begins several days before check-in, which makes the arrival process feel much more secure and well organized. My only recommendation would be for them have a few playpens or cribs available for families traveling with young children. If you are traveling with a small baby, I recommend bringing your own crib if possible, as availability is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, one was not available during our five-day stay, which made things quite difficult with a young baby. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely stay with this accommodation brand again.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay in the heart of Madrid. A 2-minute walk to Gran Via and walking distance to many main plazas. The hotel room was clean and accommodated 3 adults comfortably. Only suggestion would be to add more lighting in bathroom over the sink. Staff was helpful in arranging taxi for drive to airport. Thanks for a great stay!!

The room was clean and quiet given the location of the building. Not having staff available between Midnight and 8 AM posed a huge problem for us as we had an emergency and was not able to get a hold of anyone via phone nor text. A small item, providing free coffee in the lobby would have been nice.
