"The breakfast was good. Had lots of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fan was making a horrible noise in my room and they fixed it right away. I got a free shuttle from and to the airport. The hotel is right next to the train tracks and the train does go by in the night. Better to stay on the north, west side of the hotel."

"I was at a conference at the hotel, the space was great. Hotel is convenient to downtown restaurants and mall. "

"Unfortunately I likely wouldn’t stay here again. Love the old building and the convenience of the location, but for the price of the stay we were quite let down. The secure parking was extremely limited, cost extra and was first come first serve which was not listed on Expedia. The water pressure was awful in the shower and the continental breakfast was lacking. The staff was very friendly in the morning and it did seem clean."

"Terrible parking system, added an extra $66 to my stay. I paid for a King room, got a 2 queen instead. TV stopped working, had to call maintenance to fix. Housekeeping came at 8am trying to clean our room, well before we checked out. No breakfast. Close to midtown mall, that was the only plus. Will not stay here again. "

"The wind blows the walk through door so it doesn’t secure closed, on the parkade. There is limited space for larger vehicles as you enter the parkade, as the height range prevents you from going further into the parkade. Unfortunately small vehicle owners like the convenience of using these limited parking spaces too. Can be a tight fit to park. "

"Great room but walk on shower sprayed all over thr floor. Breakfast was great."

"They had security walking propert throughout the night so we knew our vehicle was going to be ok. Located in a place that was easy to travel to where we had to go. The workout room was nice and breakfast was great."

"Filthy sheets, clearly not laundered, sink and shower also disgustingly dirty. Checked out immediately (did not stay the night), staff told us we could get a refund through Expedia but 5 days later they have still not responded to Expedia’s emails and phone calls, so we are out CAD 144. DO NOT STAY HERE, AVOID!"

"Staff were nice. Parking would have been better if the parking lot had been cleared of snow, ice and slush. It was hard to get around."

"Gross. Dried Spit stains on walls of room, blood stains all over the bedding which was also marred with a myriad of cigarette burns. Shared bathroom appeared clean, but I had to kill a cockroach crawliing on the mirror. Towels were not provided and I was told to use my own, but I didn't have one. The low price and preferred location were merely the bait used to lure me down their Trapdoor to Hell."

"Not recommended for some reason. I'm sometimes a coffee lover when traveling and I was disappointed when I saw the coffee maker, it looks like it hasn't been used or cleaned for a long time. Plus the faucet was from the bathroom sink was splashing water everywhere. The place is not that bad just for sleeping. Me and my friends arrived and there was a guy trying to threaten us and checking out our car and when we told the staff to call the cops, he said he was dealing with the guy he showed us...
