Very good location but inconvenienced by construction out on College Dr. That made for fewer parking spots. It was ashared bathroom & kitchen situation but they were kept clean. It was quiet but when there was noise, you could tell it wasn't that sound proof! Definitely needs updating but it's in an area where the ' house' will be coming down soon but please change your mats in a few places like back entrance and it will look more welcome! It was a good place for me for one night and I would stay again!

It was raining when i arrived and my room was wet, to be fair, i did not inform the employees. but aside from that, the room could have been cleaner, hair on the floor and bed sheets stained. i do not think i was really the intended clientele but i think the targets do appreciate it's existence. i will say that they should remove/replace the carpeting from the stairs; i think it would help. Also, the water got very hot, at some taps, and was difficult to make colder. overall, not the best for long stays but 1-3 nights i think are fine. location is fantastic though, easy access and can walk to many site from it.

Very nice place to stay for someone with a tight budget and travelling light. Getting there was a bit tedious because of construction but staff provided excellent instructions. They do have shared bathrooms for those who are comfortable with it but they do have price bathrooms as well. Tub/shower was pretty stained and rusted. The room itself was well put together. Unfortunately there is no AC in each room, just central air throughout the entire building. The walls are thin which caused noise issues in the night as some people were loud. Not mobility accessible friendly as there is no elevator and very small stairs. Overall it was a great place to stay for a quick stay in between destinations.

Very unique but as in previous review… if you want more than a clean bed and room with a tv and your own bathroom, this is not the place for you to stay. It was a bit noisy at night as we were downstairs and could hear people walking in the stairs. Bathroom was clean but as stated previously was shared with potentially 6 other rooms.

My first impression of the reception area was a pervasive smell of sweat. It meets minimum cleanliness standards, so don't expect too much. The rooms are incredibly noisy; you can hear conversations loudly and clearly in the hallway or next door, and the floorboards creak from the room above. I was told to stand by while the rice was cooking (for 15 minutes). The stove is turned off in the evening for safety reasons and not turned back on in the morning. When you go to reception, there's no one there. The beds are comfortable, and there's a throw blanket on the sofa – everything smelled nice. Overall, I absolutely do not recommend this place; it's the worst accommodation I've stayed at on my trip so far.

The place is run-down and not terribly clean. The bathroom smelled like pee. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything going on in the hallways and common areas. Also, there are 11 guest rooms but only 5 parking places. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful though. And it is in a great location if you are going to the Royal University Hospital.

The room was very cold, can not control the heat as it's central, so I had to ask for a portable heater. The bedsheets had stains in multiple places. That's not something you put by mistake. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I very much appreciated the location of the Inn. I appreciated the privacy that I had. I didn’t realize that the washroom was outside of my room and that it was shared with other patrons at the inn. The older gentleman at the Inn was very helpful when there was a problem. The Younger gentleman working there answered a few questions, but not too knowledgable about what services or food places were located near the Inn. The female working at the end was quite short and Kurt when she spoke. She answered questions, but there wasn’t a friendly vibe. The door to the facility isn’t as secure as I would’ve hoped… meaning when you put the key in the keyhole, it’s spun around and around. It was difficult to open. I had to go and get instructions on how to actually unlock the door to get into the end. My room was near this entrance to the end and night after night. I was woken multiple times from people saying I can’t get the door open… How does this even work? Consequently, there were phone calls ringing throughout the end later into the evening and doorbell is ringing as well. In general, I appreciated the facility. It was clean I was able to walk to places fairly quickly. But there was no information provided to me about what things were available to do in Saskatoon. I would stay at this location again if I had my own private washroom. It is clean and I did feel I had a large sense of privacy. That I appreciated!

Parking was so convenient and my bed was comfy. I was close to all the places I needed to go, like the hospital, downtown and DQ. The room was cozy, which was good for just me, that’s all I needed. This is a budget accommodation and it did the trick - room was clean, bed comfy. It is a shared bathroom however, which turned out to not be a problem but I should have read the description more closely. And the desk staff person was very friendly, which was lovely.

A gem of a place

This is a wonderful small guesthouse type hotel where there is ample parking and the location is superb. Some rooms have ensuite some don’t the linens are excellent. The beds are comfortable and it is super clean
