"The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street."

"Suite was spacious. The pull out bed was very comfortable for our 5 year old son and the bedroom was seperate and private so we could stay up after he went to bed. The view of the river was beautiful. We all loved the pool and the restaurant served a really delicious breakfast. Great location. We will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We were here on a golf trip and one of the guys had a medical issue. When they went to the front desk to get directions to the hospital the staff were all over it and immediately took control and the hospitality van driver offered to take him to the hospital. Once there he gave his card to the patient and said call when you need a ride home. Thanks for this would highly recommend this hotel."

"I really enjoyed my stay, the room was nice and clean, the AC worked and it was quite quiet for being downtown. The bar has great beer on tap and the morning breakfast room is charming."

"I really enjoyed my stay. My only minor complaints are that the bed was way too soft and the elevator way too slow and only 2 for so many rooms. I also think all the single use plates, cups, and cutlery at breakfast is really wasteful and I would love a “real” coffee cup in my room, not one tiny paper cup. The staff were wonderful and I was grateful to get late check out. The proximity to U of S is second to none and having the parking was wonderful."

"Room was clean and quiet. Mattress was a little lumpy and very lumpy pillows for the most part. It was very quiet. Just a lot of sketchy looking people outside the property wandering around. But in the morning vehicle was all fine. Nothing got touched."

"It's not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it had its issues. One of the two lightbulbs was burned out and not replaced. I get that the maintenance crew had left by the time I reported the issue, but it would have been nice to have it working for Saturday night. None of the power outlets were convenient to the desk, which was so wobbly as to be nearly unusable as such. Other furnishings showed their age, but that was cosmetic and didn't bother me.
