"Hotel claimed to give an upgrade but switched to a lower floor with no ocean view and would not honor the reservation. Additionally this was a ADA handicap suite.
No ice anywhere in the hotel. Especially not on the floors. You have to tip bartenders to get ice. Didn’t give us towels on the 2nd day. Delivery service is a nightmare with all the entrances. Door to the balcony was broken and you couldn’t access it. Despite being non-smoking there was an ashtray on the porch. Refrigerator wouldn’t get cold. Washer and dryer provided with no detergent. Elevator couldn’t have been slower and half were broken the whole trip. Elevator clearly skips the lower floors so we regularly took the stairs. Milky colored pools assuming you find them through the IKEA style labyrinth of halls with no signage. Hotel bar closes when the club opens so you can’t get drinks late at night without getting dressed up and pay crazy cover for the club.
If overpriced fake fancy Vegas style casino resort is your thing! This is the place for you."
"Overly crowded. Be aware that you are sharing this "resort" with hundreds of locals using it as their day pass/community pool. Good luck finding a place to sit.
Food is OK. Service is BAD. Gratuity is included on all bills so service is very light touch and slow.
Not a resort experience, more like a economy cruise ship."
"The rooms were very small and closed in. We had to request an accessible room just to be comfortable. The toilet didn’t flush which was not a good thing."
"The elevator situation at the hotel is super annoying rejected in and they’re only four hangers in the room when we called down to get more they only brought three up"
