Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was very convenient, with shopping malls and other amenities within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant stay.

A spacious large condo set within the AKA hotel in the financial district of Miami,it is well situated for public transport and has numerous restaurants within walking distance. The condo is well appointed but a number of light fittings are not working and the broken kettle mentioned in a post in November 2025 is still inoperable. Although not specifically mentioned, the pictures show a balcony which is correct but it is an internal one overlooking the hotel dining room. Communication with the...

Good room and very convenient hotel in a good location. I was especially pleased with the very cheap transfer to the cruise port. There is a good well stocked little shop on the complex which was useful.

It was my first time in Miami, and what a gem of a hotel I found, the second you walked through the door. You could tell this place was class , we were welcomed in by the doorman , and took us to reception where we were greeted with a glass of wine, the staff were amazing when I asked if I could have some towels for the beach , they said if we go to the beach, look for the blue and white beach umbrellas, you’ll be giving 2 sunbeds and towels, having spent the afternoon on the beach we went out...

We stayed for the first time this week for 3 nights. It was so peaceful and relaxing and not too busy. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, which made it even nicer. The pools were clean and relaxing. The beach access was literally out the door. A few hours after arrival I received a text asking if we needed anything else, so I asked for another towel and to unlock the safe. Someone came to the room within 10 mins to get it sorted! The receptionists were also friendly and guided us with...

We were collected by the hotel shuttle, which we could track by an app. So knew how long we had to wait. We had a 1 bed suite for 1 night which was a great space for 3 adults a king bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room area. The room was comfortable and clean with alot of room. And even though it was on the main airport ring road and we were ar the end of the corridor closest to the road we were not disturbed at all. We did not use the pool, the lobby and food are is nicely laid out we...
