"Horrible for the price "

"The plumbing was a problem in our room. It gurgled and made other noise. The sink didn’t drain well and at times it backed up. The whole property seems old and rundown. It is convenient to the medical center, though, with good restaurants nearby."

"Did not have room that I reserved - at check in and didn’t apologize. Hot and cold water in sink is reversed. They will not give you coffee pods at front desk - you must call from room and wait 3 hours. Housekeeping is not done ever if you don’t ask and they don’t tell you this at check in. Guest laundry is one washer and dryer but the washer is ‘out of order’ "

"I got a clean room. It’s not fancy at all. But seen way way worse. For the price it was the same level of clean as motels with the chain name at 65-70 that really be disgusting. Bed sheets and pillows smelled clean and fresh. It is run down but I want to be fair. This room was clean. And a/c was cold. "

"The room had cockroaches and a lot of humidity, couldn’t stay there and had to check out early. I talk to the person in charge and assured me they will give me a refund and once the refund was ask they stop answering calls and denied the manager was never there. "

"No water! Had to check out and into a nearby hotel at 9 am and was late to my meeting. Building parking lot looks like a prison. The rooms and building is outdated. Not ever coming back and suggest you look elsewhere. "
