"Hotel was very clean, but rooms and hotel could use some updating. Location was perfect for all the things we had planned. Staff and food were amazing!!!! Would definitely return just based off of the care provided by the staff. "

"The staff there are absolutely horrible. I called 2x the day of our reservation and confirmed that we would have a king bed which i booked. We checked in and were given 2 double beds. I asked the front desk about this and was told that the rooms are already pre assigned and he wasnt going to do anything about it. When we checked out we spoke to a different manager who acknowledged the previous front desk persons treatment and admitted that person was leaving and clearly didnt want to do their job as they did have a king bed available. I called Expedia and they also called and spoke to the manager there who confirmed this info. The manager told Expedia they would refund my money as they did infant have the room I booked available the entire time. Now I am fighting with them again as they are now claiming they will not refund since we've already checked out. This place is terribly ran and I will never stay here again."

"So I’ve been to this property probably about 4 times and this visit was definitely different. Somewhat disappointed but first the complimentary breakfast was not the same. They had waffles, bread, some fruit, cereal and yogurt. Usually that would include freshly cooked eggs and sausage (mind you my stay was for 4 days). I had to go purchase breakfast outside the hotel. I was told to exchange my towels for new towels. The issue with that was she gave us back thin/rough small towels with stains on them including the big towels. The towels originally in the room were perfect, big, plush towels. I told her those were not the same towels we received in the room and she claimed that they ran out of the big towels. If you’re going to trade towels then it should be the same kind of towels. She pretty aggravated me because she didn’t even try to go above and beyond to accommodate something that she should already be aware of. There is mold in the showers and lighting in the room and bathroom was not enough. Other than that the price I paid for should have been maybe $75 or less because it’s like they cut a lot of extra amenities out and did budget cuts. The pool had debris in it so you wouldn’t feel comfortable getting in there. Unfortunately this will be our last time coming here. "

"The picture shown in this app is NOWHERE near what it actually looked like. It was run down. I had a serious roach problem. The carpet in my room was dirty and torn up. There were holes in my walls. The refrigerator was pulled out from where it should have been. Even one of the other hotel visitors told me "this place is so ghetto". Please do not pick this place, especially if you're staying with family. Parking lot did not feel safe either."

"I am a disabled , in pain , low income, Senior. Therefore, my budget dictates certain restrictions. In that light, I write this about America’s inN The staff was incredible to me, especially since I’m disabled and needed help. The room was clean. The furniture was older, but it was well maintained. Sheets were clean. The floors were mopped, and Carmen. The housekeeper was wonderful to me.I have been in other hotels and motels where the furniture has been disgusting the Baymont in Kingwood, the super eight in Kingwood , the super eight in Houston on 58 these look better when you drive up, but the rooms, furniture, and the staff are disgustingly rude staff. America’s Inn place Met the basic needs with a beautiful staff that went beyond the extra mile."
