"The property was very nice. Very clean, food was good. My only issue was all activities were at other locations. We had to shuttle to other properties for daily events which meant, if you choose to participate, you had to stay for the entire event which could last up to five hours"

"Rooms are very spacious. Mostly stone and granite. No nasty carpet. We really liked the large shower. The room was well stocked with drinks and snacks. The activity team was very good. They are friendly and energetic. There are so many activities to enjoy. Note there is a lot of the sargassum seaweed which prevented turquoise waters but much of the Yucatán peninsula has this issue. Beach still usable. Bring nice clothes for dinner as a dress code applies. We enjoyed the Asian, Indian, Spanish and French restaurants. Food is very good but not amazing. Some dishes were awesome. Loved the coffee shop by concierge."
