"Construction at the moment"

"A pleasure"

"Very nice stay!"

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel :) The staff are so incredibly friendly. My room was a great size, felt newly appointed and had floor to ceiling windows. It was so helpful to have the all day cafe and restaurant as well. Such a great location! I work in the industry and stay a quite a few hotels - i definitely recommend a stay here."

"The lobby staff is attentive and friendly. Personally, I think they should make more of an effort to greet guests as they walk by the lobby desk. Room is clean. The shower water temperature could be hotter. I keep it turned up all the way and it’s never too hot."

"My experience at The William Vale in Brooklyn was humiliating and deeply upsetting. All I wanted was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and enjoy a special night together. Instead, the hotel called the police on us, and we were told to leave without a clear explanation. Staff claimed they had called our room beforehand, but we were in the room and never heard the phone ring. The first indication we had that there was a problem was when the police knocked on our door. I felt embarrassed, hurt,...

"Very disappointing experience. We booked a 3-night stay with a city view, but on our first night, we were assigned Room 426 without being informed that no city-view rooms were available. The most frustrating part was that the staff never mentioned this during check-in. We had to notice it ourselves and go down to the front desk to ask, only to find out that the room type we had booked was unavailable. The staff promised to move us to a city-view room the following morning, but that didn’t...

"The staff were so accommodating! Excellent hotel!"

"This was a bad experience for us. We stayed 3 nights and did not get room cleaned once. We tried to call housekeeping and front desk multiple times to come and clean at 2pm after we went out all morning and came back from our activities… room was not serviced. After calling several times and waiting for 90 minutes. Nobody showed up. Nobody seemed to be interested in fixing it. I thought for 400 per night hotel stay, we could get better service. By the way, room is super small. Avoid this...

"Large rooms for a great price and the staff is very accomodating!"
