"I received an upgrade to a residential space which was phenomenal - apartment living. The restaurant and spa were wonderful. However, the premises offered very little outdoor space, with a very small lap pool that was underwhelming. On a separate note, housekeeping tossed out food I stored in the refrigerator and removed all of the mini bar snacks and drinks prior to my departure. "Overall the stay was not bad. The hotel has a very centric location, it is new, clean and I appreciated the swimming pool. The check in experience was somewhat disappointing, not because of the front desk, who did a great job with an amazing smile and good customer service, but the fact that the in-room safes and flexible/removeable and not tied to the wall or to any furniture. Apparently, this is standard in this hotel, which I find crazy as if so, this completely invalidates the mandate of the...
