Delightful, attentive staff. Stylishly designed and well maintained property. Comfortable room with plenty of floor space and a huge bed. Easy check-in. A special shout out to Wibi in the breakfast restaurant. Wibi was super friendly and, along with his team, delivered a mighty fine coffee and dining experience, day after day. Thank you Aloft!

Good time in Jakarta

Room 1011 is nice with 2 windows facing city towards other tall buildings but not close, so we can still have privacy, loved our room, shower and bathroom could be a little roomier, but shower water pressure is great, wish room wasn’t carpeted, would feel cleaner that way. Lobby is nice, bar area is cool, location is walkable to bus, train stops or PK shuttle which is free with a transit card, security is tight, feel safe here. Food at breakfast has lot of choices, Wibi was great, he took his time to introduce us to the local food, Kella is excellent is keeping our table clean. I’d recommend this hotel.

Its noisy unfortunately from the surroundings with events taking place weekend and early morning prayers. Can help if the room has more sound proofing.

We had a fantastic time, the room was small but cozy and very clean. The hotel is right in the center so can get to East south and west Jakarta easily. The staff was amazing from Tiwi helping so much with anything from checking in to helping us grab a beer, and Satrio at the bar was super friendly and helpful. Both of them made it fun to hang around downstairs. We will be back on our next stay in Jakarta !

Very nice comfortable room.

The room was nice, practical and spacious. The bedding was very comfortable. Hotel gym is small and only have very basic equipment, the pool is practically useless. The hotel design on the other hand was nice, the cafe near the lobby was nicely decorated and the breakfast area was also comfortable to sit around.

This hotel stained my coat when I sent it for laundry. The way they front desk/ on duty manager handled the issue is also not satisfactory. First, they offered 1000 bonvoy points but do they think its enough to compensate a damaged coat? Now they have my coat and they asked my business card so they can send it to Korea. I complained about it a day before check out but they waited to act only during checkout. I will remove this post or change only after they satisfy my issue. Otherwise, you know they are not living up to quality standards of Marriot so better dont book here

For those who know people from Java, this hotel is no exception…the staff is super nice, dedicated My first stay in this hotel was in 2018 it was brand new. 5 years after everything is dirty…also for expedia gold do not count on any perks…upgrades are only reserved to marriot bonway clients… in other words i will never be back there….despite the kindness of the staff
