"This hotel is crying out for some maintenance and deep cleaning by caring experienced staff. The room initially offered to us was dirty especially the bathroom which should have been classed as unhygienic. The air conditioner broke down twice in 2 days before we were moved to another room. If I ran this hotel, I would be embarrassed by its condition."
"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired.
