An older hotel but well-maintained with an Indonesian feel. The breakfast buffet was very authentic and had cultural dishes with English explanations of what was offered. The bath in he bathroom, bathrobes, comfortable bed and great service makes this hotel comfortable. We would visit again.

Generally all staffs are friendly and helpful. Special kudos to staffs at the coffee house. They can remember your preferences when dining there like having the hot drinks only after my meals. They even help to take the foods eventhough it is a breakfast buffet course. Their service is superb.

The Kempinski Jakarta is a great place to stay. The staff are very professional and make you feel welcome. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast superb. It's very well located with direct access to the Grand Indonesia Mall. It's close the the MRT and to a Transjakarta bus route.

My favorite hotel in Jakarta!

The hospitality extended always extraordinary as compared to others 5* hotels, from the reception, room service, spa and dining experience, i love it all! location is superb, always go for bundaran view room, and its surrounded by lots of my favorite eating places.
