The property is in a convenient location and allows walking to Vanderbilt University. The hotel staff was very helpful. We especially liked the bar and the complimentary breakfast was excellent."

"We were given a handicap room and the shower dispenser unit had so much mold and was disgusting. There was no soap in dispenser and we asked to have it filled and it was but no one cleaned it. "
