"The property is attractive, room was lovely and clean, grounds were appealing and we had a room with French doors leading outside with a small table and chairs outside which was great for breakfast etc. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal which is a bonus if you fancy self catering. Adam was helpful and informative. Very quiet and relaxing location and perfect for visiting the area although you do need a car."

Clare was particularly helpful when our television would not work, she made two visits to our room to resolve the matter to our satisfaction. "It would have been nice for more info in the room as I was not sure if there was room service. I could see a 24 hour menu which may have been for this but it only had 2 dinner items on which is not really alot for people who want room service. It was brilliant that breakfast was served from 4 am and that we could take away some continental as we had to leave at 4 and the ease of going straight from hotel to airport under a covered walkway was excellent."

"The staff were very helpful and super friendly. The hotel looks modern and has a great vibe around the reception and bar but it's let down by the restaurant. We found the food a bit lacklustre, especially given the price (and the service charge!). The rooms are showing their age, although comfortable there are some finer details that can't be improved on without a bit of refurbishment. The biggest thing for us though was the inefficiency of the air conditioning (I suspect it wasn't working at all), we spent a very warm and stuffy night in the room as we felt it was too late to inform reception and we were getting up very early for a flight. Would I stay again? Yes, but have food as a bar snack and remove the service charge and make sure that the air conditioning is working."

"There are no useful amenities and the ones advertised aren’t really: the bar is a desk that never seems to be open no draft beer etc. the swimming pool was locked up with a comdnation lock that we were not given the code to on arrival and the nearest pub is 30 minutes away over fields however it was a very nice pub to eat & drink. When we arrived there was no one there and the door to the reception was not opened until 16:00 on the dot by the receptionist who was in there all along."
