The accomodation was lovely, the beds were really comfortable, and the staff were always friendly & helpful. We knew parking might be challenging, but we were able to park easily overnight in street parking for minimum fee. It was a bit sad that the in-house restaurant and bar closed in November, the Star man restaurant next door at Hyatt centric was nice & all the staff worked together to help us & make sure we enjoyed our stay.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Lovely clean room, comfy bed and great shower/bathroom. Queries re amenities were dealt with immediately over the phone by reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Very good as usual, room and facilities clean and high spec. Not a lot of entertainment in the area, as expected, but travel into town on the nearby U1/2 bus is very handy and cheap. I just wish the lifts were closer to the rooms I've had :)

Great location on outskirts of Cambridge. Excellent sized and equipped rooms, would recommend pizza at rooftop bar. Centre of Cambridge is walkable but is a good 40 - 45 mins away.

Great stay

Great value - shame the parking was so expensive only downside. Apartments felt well designed and luxurious, although a little tired from wear and tear. Quick 10 minute uber into the city and the area was very modern with a Sainsbury’s almost next door. Hotel was massive and quite a walk from the lift just be warned! It felt like lots of guests were long term too which is made possible by having a washing machine and kitchen in the flats!

Loved the room, staff were very friendly and very responsive! The only reason I didn’t rate 5* is due to the sink being blocked during our stay and the shower leaking through the door to flood the floor. Other than that, good stay I’d stay again in a better room for sure!
