"My husband skinned his knee, I asked for alcohol. They said they bring it up. Someone showed with a first aid kit and cleaned him up and put ointment on him. I didn't have to do a thing other than watch. Very much appreciated. Also, felt cared for when we left early one morning I am unmarked vehicle and we were asked our room # and where we were going. They also spoke with the driver. Thank YOU "

"On our recent stay in Cabo the Sirena Del Mar turned out to be an excellent choice. The staff and servers were all super welcoming and helpful. We visited the on site restaurant on our arrival day for dinner and departure day for lunch. Each meal was exactly what we were looking for! In regards to the room (3402P) we were blown away by the ocean view (saw whales breaching from the balcony right after check in) and spaciousness of suite. "The transportation the hotel set up was very convenient. Upon arrival, check-in was very easy. Our room was very clean and ready when we showed up. Our room had two balconies, a full kitchen and living room area, two bathrooms. During the stay, the resort was very peaceful and quiet at night. The staff was incredibly friendly during our stay, remembering names, orders, and things that we told them, like it being my birthday. Both pools and the hot tub were very clean. The food was great!...

"Did the all inclusive with my husband and adults kids. I’m a pretty picky eater and found the food to be especially good. Tomatillos and the sports bar had great food. The pool food and bar service was also excellent. The pizza at the pool was great. There was still some construction noise from the Bella California renovations but I was not bothered by it. Housekeeping was excellent. I wish there was another option for breakfast than the buffet. It would have been nice to have a grab and go for...

"The views from this hotel are simply breathtaking. Our room overlooked the marina and we were lucky to be located on the 5th(top) floor. The marina was a hub of activity with little boats to huge boats, watching them navigate each other especially in the dark was fascinating. The infinity pool overlooking the marina was great to watch all the activity during the day. The infinity pool on the side of the hotel overlooked the ocean and the arch. Cruise ships moored within sight and it was fun...
