There was an incident which we sought to be remedied through a mid stay survey from the property and asked to be contacted as it was a safety issue and the property did not reach out or follow through. The rooms are showing their age and the water was always luke warm. The staff were attentive and the green spaces looked immaculate. All of this though was tainted by the safety concern not being addressed which impacted several guests."

"We were taken to their newer resort per their request and offered a financial amount to stay there. They wanted to showcase their newest hotel I'm assuming. Kadun. It was very nice and modern. Did address a smell in one room and quickly changed us to another. It was very nice and updated."
