"We were there for a conference weekend. The outside of the building didn't look very welcoming, due to the black bricks, but once inside, it was lovely, welcoming and warm, the staff were attentive and nothing was too small for them. The rooms, the food everything was perfect."

Check in was smooth and efficient, the friendly staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade which was much appreciated. Our room was beautiful and spacious, the mattress and pillows very comfortable. "Lovely 2 night stay for our anniversary using the bridal suite! The room is well laid out and spacious. The amenities are good and food is of good quality. We couldn’t fault the service and how pleasant the staff were. My only niggle was the fried eggs in the morning could have been better if kept heated on the buffet. But overall and excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and great quality."
