"The 1-bedroom suite was very cave-like, not sure if it was the lighting or that there was only 1 window or both. Switching to warmer and brighter light bulbs would go a long way. Our comforter had some stains on it and the room was a little beat up. The staff were the highlight of the experience, they were super friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a neighboring room blasting music at 1:30 am and once the staff were aware of it, they took care of it immediately. The continental breakfast was adequate, nothing crazy but was enough to get going in the morning. The location of the hotel is great, we easily walked to the fountain and the park and the craft show with 5 kids."

"The Four Seasons experience is. no longer a thing. My last couple stays at the Four Seasons were not as exceptional as they used to be. Now, you can have a better experience somewhere else without spending so much as you do when you book at a Four Seasons hotel. Have stayed at that particular resort about 8-10 years ago and my previous stay was way more special - personal attention, better service, etc.. Also, nothing changed, this particular resort needs a facelift."
