Yes, the room was clean and the staff was courteous. My favoirte part of the Hilton Garden is the rooms have no carpet. The rooms are large. The rooms are decorated well. The shower and vanity is large. The beds and pillows are comfy. The room is sound proof. I sleep good and that makes for a great stay.

The room was nice but was a little dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender was great. The hotel is very loud though and you can hear above and beside you all night. The fire alarms went off three times during the night so it was not a very restful experience.

This hotel is so nice and so conveniently located. I have a pro and a con. I love that there was no carpet in the rooms because of the cleanliness aspect however, because there is no carpet in the rooms the noise level from the rooms above you is really annoying. The people above us were walking and moving furniture around until 2 in the morning and we could here it all.

1) Upon checking in, was charged for daily parking by a third-party vendor when there was no mention of parking fees on the website or my confirmation itinerary ... specifically chose this property because of free parking. 2) Initial room had peeling wallpaper in bathroom, stains on couch, and a TV that didn't work ... waited over an hour for someone to come address TV issue and finally had to call back down to the front desk and ask to be moved to another room. 3) Also, odd that they charge $3 for a small bottle of water unless you're some type of a "special tier" member. 4) Second room was ok. 5) Front Desk Staff was efficient, gracious, and outstanding, particularly Hamza.

I chose this hotel because it is close to Mayo Clinic, and I had a procedure scheduled there. The staff are very kind, and it's very close to restaurants and other amenities. It's clean, the food in the restaurant is good, and they have a marketplace for snacks, really everything you need.

Amazing place!

I was traveling with my two kids on our way to Texas. After having a LONG day od driving and an emotional visit walking in to a clean friendly and welcoming environment was the exact kind of ending to my day that i needed. Plus the room was so nice i didnt want to leave.
