Rooms were clean but could benefit from a maintenance - eg there was a constant loud humming noise, apparently from the AC, during the night, the blackout curtain was broken midway and wouldn't move and you could feel the springs in the mattress of the pullout sofa.

The overall experience was great. The lighting is a little weird with some lights staying on unless the master was turned off but then the charging plugs by breed wouldn’t work. The blinds are broken and wouldn’t move so the room wasn’t dark at night. Charging for parking felt nickle /dimed. Otherwise it was a good experience

Yes, the room was clean and the staff was courteous. My favoirte part of the Hilton Garden is the rooms have no carpet. The rooms are large. The rooms are decorated well. The shower and vanity is large. The beds and pillows are comfy. The room is sound proof. I sleep good and that makes for a great stay.

The room was nice but was a little dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender was great. The hotel is very loud though and you can hear above and beside you all night. The fire alarms went off three times during the night so it was not a very restful experience.

Broken shades and other things, TV/remote that was counterintuitive and also wouldn't work and faced the wrong way, no reading lights near bed, checkin method and method of parking were outrageous requiring help, awkward room layout, I've never seen anything like it in any country. BUT staff and maintenance guy were terrific and promptly came to help us. They made up for a cascade of problems. Very friendly. Problems were mostly physical and could be remedied.
