I didn’t see a hot tub so I don’t think we had one, but the room was clean. Breakfast was lacking. I don’t think bagels and yogurt is breakfast. Coffee was good. The property was clean. We did enjoy our stay.

There really was no breakfast. They should not advertise breakfast included. Staff and cleanliness was great.

We liked the proximity to the We Ko Pa Convention Center when I had a weekend conference. We had good choices of places to eat and enjoyed exploring Fountain Hills - our first visit to this community.
