"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although I only stayed for one night, I wish I could have extended my visit. The staff were extremely accommodating and offered outstanding customer service. The location felt very safe, with many small stores and charming cafés nearby. The hotel was spotless, had a pleasant fragrance throughout, and the restaurant served excellent food. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area :)❤️"

Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. "Great property. Quiet, quaint, and peaceful. My only recommendations for improvement would be to do a contactless check-in like Casa Lobo. This would save time for both the management/owners and any potential guests. Then people can just check-in with a special pinpad or lockbox. Especially since the doorbell is not working anyways. The Treehouse could also probably use some new blankets, pillows, and sheets as even after going through the laundry it still smelled like the prior guest. A couple of ants and spiders as well, but that is to be expected in a treehouse. Overall an amazing experience. I would come here with my s/o again in a heartbeat if we are in San Pedro La Laguna again. Also very affordable and accommodating management/ownership. Comms were a bit delayed, but understandable.
