"The staff was fantastic and so helpful! We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday and this made it extra special!"

"Great breakfast."

"Catching the California Zephyr. Early breakfast was great. Lots of choices. We stay here for the short walk to the station."

"Nice clean room"

"Very nice hotel. Very clean and friendly staff."

"Poor service on check in, check out and enquiries. I stood in the queue to check out while 3 other customers were served. Check in experience was similar. Two staff then stood, chatted and ignored me. The air con in the room is noisy but is cold, which was appreciated. Well located and comfortable rooms."

"For administration: walk-in shower water drainage not appropriate for water drainage."

"Clean room, great breakfast, felt safe and comfortable."

"It is only missing a real coffee bar."
