"I had a wonderful stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome's iconic sights, local restaurants, and cafes.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a long day of walking around the city, it was the perfect peaceful retreat to come back to.
A special thank you to the host, who were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and provided great local recommendations that...

"I was a little leary when I seen the neighborhood this was in. Graffiti on the walls of the buildings down the block. But turns out, the neighborhood was amazing. Kate our host was exceptional! She helped us with everything and got us settled in, she even arranged rides for us when we were stuck in unknown areas and couldn't find a cab. I can't thank her enough. Her place was clean and beautiful. I will say, pay attention to the weight limit on the elevator. It is very small and stands...

"Very clean. New everything. Love the building and the classic elevator. My only comments to management is maybe provide a suitcase stand or two. Otherwise very nice place."

"Room was very clean, Kelly stayed on top of cleaning the whole unit daily and did a great job! Close to metro stop making it super easy to get to all the main attractions. There were quite a few restaurant options nearby as well. Multiple shops within walking distance if needed for clothing, pharmacy, and groceries. "

"Great location near public transportation. Our particular room was very noisy due to street traffic, construction close by and antique windows. Our private bathroom was across the hall and not inside our room causing us to wear a robe to use the bathroom. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Giacomo was extremely helpful and kind."

"Decent, clean room. Perfectly fine for sleeping. Everything was handled remotely via Whatsapp so be sure to message ahead of time and give a heads up on arrival (to open the door) or any needs. It is a bit farther out from the main sights but the metro station and bus stops are a 5-10 min walk."

"Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps.
Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice."
