"Really helpful staff. Coffee machine, crockery and cutlery in communal area. Comfortable, clean, effective AC. Fridge in the room. Water, milk and juice boxes provided along with croissants and various other items for breakfast. Handy for the metro, with a nearby supermarket. Lovely restaurant just over the road and a nice little bar just around the corner. Various other shops and eateries nearby (although we didn't try them all). Overall, an excellent base for exploring Rome!"

"Tudo limpo e organizado. Cozinhamos todas as noites no apartamento pois tínhamos todos os utensílios em perfeito estado. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Hospedagem perfeita, transportes públicos a porta, supermercado, farmácia...sem muito esforço, com uma caminhada, fomos a pé para o Coliseu e outras atrações de Roma. Sentimos falta apenas de um lugar para pousar o sabonete no box da casa de banho."

"All rooms are on the first floor of a multi storey building and they are equipped with air conditioning, fridge, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. "First, let me say that my interactions with staff were minimal and uneventful. My biggest issue with service is their decision not to refund my reservation after deciding minutes later we wouldn’t stay due to the conditions we weren’t aware of (didn’t even enter one unit as the code didn’t work). Advertised pictures are definitely misleading, completely different than our experience upon arrival. The outside is full of graffiti, trash, foul odors and unhomed individuals. Unfortunately not...
